Refund policy

We will happily issue store credit or a merchandise exchange within 14 days of your original purchase. We do not refund back to original form of payment online or in-store. All returns are exchanges or store credit only.

The following items are not eligible for credit or exchanges: custom items, items on sale or discounted, items purchased during a promotional sale in-store or online where discounts or coupon codes were used. 

For Sanitary Reasons: sunglasses, hats, socks, shoes, and food products are final sale and not returnable.

Please note: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. They are final sale.

Due to high sales volume we cannot guarantee your specific size will be available when your exchange is received. If this happens, we will automatically issue you a store credit and notify you via email.
